**Job Overview:**
The HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial HVAC systems. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Inspect, and maintain HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation units.
- Perform troubleshooting and system upgrades to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Diagnose HVAC system issues using technical tools and equipment.
- Repair or replace defective components and parts to restore system functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide clear explanations of services and repairs.
- Offer recommendations for system improvements and energy efficiency.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.

**Qualifications:**
- Valid EPA Certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and functions.
- Proficiency with HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
